Green tea? i bought some green tea cuz i hear that it help speed up ur metabolism.?


and loose weight if u exercise. is that true? and does White tea do equal? when should i drink it, before or after a suppertime? how often surrounded by a day?

Well it is true...not sure nearly white tea but I drink green tea everyday. Its part of my diet and it does me greatly well. I drink it next to pretty much every meal except breakfast. I simply drink water and green tea most of the time. I dont drink sodas at adjectives anymore thas calories and juices arent that suitable either b/c thats sugar and sugar is podginess too. So I suggest maybe drinking it a few times a daylight with a buffet, and if you get thirsty drink hose down.
