Answers: You own got to discuss this next to your mom! You should never, ever force yourself to eat if you don't perceive like it. I used to chomp through when my family did a moment ago because I had to, and next after I left arts school I developed a weight problem because surrounded by my mind I just have to eat adjectives the time to make ancestors happy.
Sit your mom down and explain to her that you a short time ago aren't hungry sometimes, even though its dinner time. Come to some kind of compromise- suggest maybe that you will sit with everyone while they put away, but you will eat latter. Offer to wash your own dishes. In certainty, you could even try to work a deal beside your mom where you say-so that you will do the dinner dishes (but then stick to it).
enjoy two smaller meals. one next to your family, and one latter on. split up how much food you are having equally. also dont get through a heavy lunch. Eat even if you're not hungry. I hold the same problem but I devour 3 meals a time even if I'm not hungry cause it's unsavoury to skip meals even if your digestive system is slow.
