What is the fastest track to loose your gut?


Im not fat im usual but i have a gut and i can`t bear it i wanna loose it as soon as possible i do about 100 crunches every darkness and try not to eat as much large but its not working, i dont wanna stop drinking but what do i do please help ive be having this problem over a year presently and if i excersise ill loose shipment from everywere but my belly please help. gratefulness =)

All your answers are in BLITZ magazine Do lots and lots of cardio. Jogging outside, using a treadmill, bicycling, etc. It's the best track to lose weight. Do it everyday or every other afternoon.
