Exercise and drink hose down. No you can't. You have to excersize and put away healthy. I budge by the 40 mins of cardio 6 days a week for weight loss. plus it usually take a month to show progress. but start with excersize and ingestion healthy and you might see some progress inwardly 2 weeks. don't be discouraged if you don't! keep your chin up and hold working at it :)
exercise more, eat well again...get erudite...count calories? etc...
