coffee Drink water when you get the impression hungry. It's free, and it's not a drug. It will help you to quality full, so you won't want to eat as much when you do guzzle. Also, try adding Crystal Light to it. That's just five calories.
Hoodia. Yes there is but they can result in serious side effects so they are not recommended I agree near the water model it would be better if it was cold hose down and I recommend exercises they can be helpful even if you don't move about on a diet if you do the right exercises the right way and preserve up doing them
