What do you consider of this South Beach Meal Plan?


Okay so here goes. I'm editing the dinnertime plan to fit me and my needs.

Breakfast: One White Egg.

Lunch: Yogurt; Salad

Dinner: Same item in a smaller portion.

Snacks: Peanuts.

I'm going by the diet that have you take out elevated glucose foods. I have a full list of substitute foods purely in satchel I get tired ot this. Do you regard as I could shed 8 lbs in 2 weeks? All these foods are South Beach reccommended.

No, you are killing yourself. Fad diets aren't worthy. Your deprevation of foods will give you rushed loss and when you stop you will regain all lost bulk. Anytime you follow a diet that eliminates one unusual type of food will lead to disaster in the long run. Best plan...put away 6 small meals per morning.
