thankfulness a lot!
Answers: capably, the old clich¨¦, "if you can't beat them, marry them", okay.
Try eating "healthy" snacks, close to fresh veggies and fruits. Make a list of hygienic snacks, non-salty nuts, celery sticks, baby carrot, brocclii, cauliflower, radishes, yougurt, etc. I'm not a dietician, but you get the perception. I used to take a daypack of baby carrot and radishes to work and snacked ALL DAY! yeah, it was easier to guzzle what I considered healthy food, than barney my cravings and then "pig-out' next.
There is also some kind of chart that shows compatibility of foods within the digestive system. But I lost the chart and don't know the name of it to explore for it online. But I do remember that there are two types of stomach acids that digest foods base on the type of food eaten.
When both of these acids are live, they neutralize each other. The example given be, meat and potatoes. That is why you feel so full for a long time, because when those two are eat together, the acids necessary to break down the food groups undo each other out, slowing the digestive process.
My friend that told me of this (and give me the chart) lost quite a bit of substance, stomach especially, and said he never stopped eating, he only ate a potatoe first, waited partially hour and ate a steak. He didn't even "exercise" any more than ususal, which to be honest, I don't think he "exercised" at adjectives! LOL! but, it did work and I followed also (had it taped to fridge, lost chart during move)
It is some generous of "food group" list. event of fact, I ponder I will google some key words and see what I find, I could use it myself, I feel better also. anyways, good luck! and most importantly, grain good in the order of yourself!
ps. this dealt near veggie and fruits also. one of the saying on melons be, "eat it alone, or donate it alone".
[edit] just notice your name, I also hear chewing gum after a meal help because by the chewing action, the brain told the stomach food be on the way, keeping the digestive "action" going on. hey everything help, is the way I looked at it. get gum? ... big red
You need to cram what the triggers are for your habits. WHY do you do something? Once you amount that out, you can avoid those situations.
Otherwise, just white-knuckle, take on down, and don't do it. Easier said then done.
