Is this a obedient dinner for someone on a diet?


A salad with some thorny boiled eggs (just the white part) with some carrot and vinager.

Is that good?
I dont really hold anything else in my house..

That's not even satisfactory calories for a snack. Eat at least 400 calories for dinner, or you're basically going to be shutting your metabolism down. thats good, toss surrounded by some chicken, and it would hurt to leave a yolk contained by there for some protein, it also depends on what you ate the rest of the morning but yes, it's a good dinner
You necessitate to eat the yolk, or some grilled chicken or fish next to it. You need more protein, and more calories... I still muse your not eating plenty (previous posts)
