Has anybody hear in the order of the Wu-Yi weightloss tea?
I was wondering what's in fact IN it that helps you to lose counterweight. I can understand it have nutrients as most tea does, but that doesn't really do anything that really contributes to weight loss.
I THINK it's tea, the page i looked at wasn't intensely clear on what, exactly, it was.
Has anybody tried this?? Any nouns??
Answers: Fairly common blend of green tea. Now green tea is obedient for you, but it's 3 bucks a box, Celestial Seasons makes a devout one.
Stop me if I told you this, a good shipment loss trick I've used is to drink a glass or two of soy milk beforehand meals. The protein reduce appetite and the fiber makes you surface more full. And the stuff is better for you than regular milk. It DOES take getting used to.
LATER
whoops, it's oolong, not green tea.
http://hubpages.com/hub/The_Truth_About_... have a good write up on it. As very well as soy milk, switching to SOME sort of tea and away from soda might be a good concept too.
It's been dismissed as a fraudulent product! it's 100% pure bullshit, made from concentrate. because not heaps people are well-versed contained by traditional chinese herbalism, they're using people's ignorance to sell it. don't nose-dive for it!
I looked at it, and it says that Oprah said it's the "knob to weight loss." The one and only thing it looks to me is its only just tea they're trying to pass stale as a weight-loss product.
