Meat subsitute, yogurt, and veggie diet??
if i exercised a minimum of 30 minutes a day on the egg-shaped AND only ate meat subsitutes, butter free sugar free yogurt, and vegetables, how much weight could i lose?

I be a vegetarian for a while and it didn't clear me lose weight. I truly gained substance at the beginning. Careful not to drink too much non meat foods and load up on carbs and stuff.
