drink A LOT of wet
exercise for about 20 min. everyday
...if you can't exercise walk out for a 30 min. walk.
and everytime you conjecture of food, try to think of something else!
DO NOT press firm yourself too much 'cause you'll end up ingestion chocolates!

u should try jenny craig or nutrisystem.
i heard that they work perfect.
try to cut back on unwanted items food though.
also, only drink river.
if u like working out u should try to walk to the YMCA or Curves.

Firstly i have a sneaking suspicion that diets don't work. just drink normally but don't chomp through take away and fatty foods. drink heaps and heaps of sea and exercise go for walk. its what you are eating which is cause you to gain weight. what you chomp through is what you are. so eat well or good foods and you become hearty. swap the pie for soup or a soft fizzy drink for juice.
