I lift weights Monday, Wedensday, and Friday.
I do ab exercises ever light of day.Over 100 pushups a day.
I chomp through extremely healthy. I haven't touched a french fry surrounded by a year.
I just can't shake in the region of 10 pounds of fat around my mid piece.I just don't know what to do. My BMI is average and I'm not stout or anything. I can feel muscle beneath the fat aronud my midsection I a moment ago can't get rid of it. HELP please.


Answers:    Try some HIIT giant intensity interval training. Google it for a good large shedding routine.
You can do thousands of ab exercises but if you don't do cardio it'll never show.
run run run , and if it doesn't show run more. THose last 10 lbs are tough to shed so you gootta work extra rugged. as we keep exersizing, our bodies become "imune" to the exersizes. try switching it up. try using a orb when you do cruches and other ab workouts. it targets the core, not newly the outside muscles.
You need to do other types of exercise to burn more calories, approaching biking/spinning, running, swimming, something that involves a cardio workout. Lifting weights and ab exercises isn't enough. So what's wrong beside a little corpulent around the middle? How old are you anyway? Can't lose that extra ten pounds? Get a well-mannered plastic surgeon, he'll suck those pounds away for you. And remember, lots of massages and spandex after the procedure.
Lower your carb intake and cut calories. Try jog or other cardio. run forest run! try some different things... then u'll b ripped! =)
First of adjectives, if you are doing ab exercises everyday and 100 pushups a day, you are over working. Cut that down to every other afternoon. Next, for the 10 pounds of fat around your mid article, the first thing you involve is cardio, perhaps on the days that your not lifting, second, base on what you described it could be water weightiness, so you might try flushing your system by drinking alot of water and sweating alot. Your cardio will oblige with the sweating, but also what I do to capture just a short time bit more sweat out is to wear layers, such as sweatpants and a hoodie when i'm lifting. You do however entail to keep hydrating extensively. Don't dehydrate yourself b/c you muse it is water bulk, it dosen't work that way. If that doesn't work, you may hold just be cursed by genetics.
