Should I Eat Breakfast earlier or after morning step.?


I am wanting to burn the most fat. For breakfast I can usually lone stand a slim fast, im not big into intake in the morning however I know that intake breakfast can help boost your metabolism.

So if I step 30 minutes on my treadmill in the morning should I do it up to that time or after I have my slim hurriedly.
