Weight Watchers points?
I'm 17. 5'0 ft elevated and weigh close to 200 pounds?
My goal bulk is 140.

Answers: 25 points would include your 5 flex points per day so you couldn't jump over if you chose to use them. Weight Watchers is a great program. Hang in here and you will definitely see results. Good luck.
my mum go to a weight watchers club ! It depends how alive you are, but i would go near 25 or 26
anywhere from 27-30 points a day. of late make sure u munch through pleant of friuts(most are 1 point) and veggies(all of them are 0 pts!) and excercise frequently. good luck!
ps... counterbalance is only supposed to come bad about 1-2lbs a week! 1lb of body margarine (0.5kg) equals around 3500 calories, so you need to create a deficit of 500 calories a morning to lose 1lb(0.5kg) in a week or 1000 calorie deficit a daylight to lose 2lb of fat per week.
More than 2lb of rotund loss a week can cause robustness risks.

if you travel to the club place.they will give you a bunch of books ..and they will explain how to digit it out ...
