Looking for books or tips something like living a fighting fit lifestyle.?

I am not overweight, but am looking to start living a more healthy lifestyle by shifting both my diet and by starting to workout and exercise more. I'm looking for any suggestions about perfect books that target either or both of these goal. I would love to work on a little muscle building too but most importantly I want to only just stay fit and eat right and nutritiously. If anyone can back with this, it is greatly appreciated.
P.S. I am a 19 year dated male.

Answers:    I only found this great magazine, and I think it's a monthly. It's call "Heart Healthy Living" and it's put out by "Better Homes and Gardens" magazine. Filled with great articles and recipe.

Another good book for recipe and such is "The 8 Week Cholesterol Cure Cookbook" by Robert E. Kowalski. Harper & Row Publishers. Even if you don't have cholesterol problems, it's a great book beside more than 200 recipes. Tells you what and how to put away to lower the cholesterol. I bought it to cook for my DH who has the problem, it's both inherent and food related. We both eat indistinguishable now, so I integer it ain't hurting me any, either!
