I be aware of nauseated after working out. what am i doing wrong?
Hey guys, recently ive be working out to gain weight, i started give or take a few a week ago and ive noticed that after i work out i capture nauseated and dizzy, however it doesn't happen directly but about 5-10 minutes then. Im not really doing anything that intense but i haven't worked out in a long while. Does it own to do with the channel a cool down?
Answers: Yes, that could be it, but you're probably pushing yourself too hard to start near. You could try starting off lighter/slower than usual, and after slowly increase the intensity over time.
