How can I attain a nice flat, toned tummy past summer? And how can I "lift" my flipside?
I have other had a great body and be blessed not to have to work out greatly. However, ever since I got into my 30's, I haven't be so lucky! My once washboard stomach is now pudgy close to a mini beer belly! It's not sexy! What are some simple exercises I could do at home? How often should I do them to see results? And my down which was once perky have began to droop and it looks flat which I repugnance! What about exercises for the booty? I hear Kim Kardashian has a work-out video, is that true? Now that's my dream at the back! At 34, it's not too late to receive a killer bod, is it? I'd love to be capable of go to the gym every sunshine but don't have the money or time. So, I call for exercises that I can do maybe once within the morn and once at night by the tv within my family room. If at hand are some good DVDs out in attendance, let me know! My hope is to tone and lift by June 1 starting March 1 which is 3 months and plenty of time to see a difference. I'll lug before and after pics.
Answers: Pilates and yoga would really comfort. If you don't have a on a daily basis routine its better to start out slow, like 10 minutes a light of day for a couple weeks and then work your bearing up to 30 minutes a day twice a time.
34 is not too late to own a killer body. Janet Jackson is 42 and she is buff.
