Why am I not losing solidity?


I have be eating right and exercising for former times 3 months and still haven't lost a pound! I'm a woman who is 5'6 and 135lbs. I eat between 1200 and 1500 calories respectively day of a diet to be precise high within fiber and low in butter. (I measure and text everything I eat and drink) I burn 1000 calories per week at the gym on the egg-shaped plus I do 15-20min of weight lifting 4 days per week. Why am I not losing counterbalance?
