Iv been going to the gym to build muscle for a couple months and havn't see any results so Im thinking of buying some whey protein powder to help build muscle. Im underweight and have a hard time beside eating and building ( worried around eating stout as I used to be overweight ) Any advice would be great, I'd really resembling if someone gave me a days plan for what to chomp through.
