Bloated tummy.why ewww sustain?


Im excersizing on a daily spring. I have simply been drinking marine. My tummy just get extra flabby in close to 3 days. Im like really bloated. i dont know what it is. It cant be [that] cuz I have [it] 2 and half weeks ago. at lowest possible i dont think so. But can annyone oblige. And if u must know. I run on the treadmil for 30 mins 4 times a week at home. Spend 40 minutes weight training including 10 minutes of cardio twice a week. And do multiple crunches/reverse/etc.


Answers:    It sounds approaching you're doing plenty to strengthen your abs.
The bloat may be due to other things, like fluid retention, gas and/or blocked intestinal functions.

A few things to try: curtail your consumption of salty foods. And, you might try an over-the-counter gas remedy. Or, prune juice/stool softeners. If these things don't work and the problem persist, check with a medical professional. Your problem could be related to something more serious.
