No Carb Diet?
im just another pubescent girl trying to lose some weight, and i be wondering if eating no carbs (ie: breads, buns, rice, pasta, *junk food*) would abet speed up the process
lately ive been trying to stick to a protein/fruits/veggies diet to see if that would minister to.
is it a healthy entity to do?
** i have also be doing my cardio and curves workouts 3-5 days a week **

Answers: There is no such thing as a no carb diet. There are starchy and non-starchy carbohydrates and the starchy carbohydrates are not permitted within the Atkins diet which does permit adjectives animal protein and non-starchy carbohydrates.
You can get a in one piece book on the Atkins diet from Health Stores. There are possible health risks that you can find contained by a search for "atkins diet" + "vigour hazards".
Your diet of protein/fruit/vegies is more or less what the Atkins diet is. Most fruit and vegies are non-starchy carbohydrates and the starchy carbohydrates are bread, cereal, muesli and pasta as well as potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrot, beans and a few other vegies.
actually carbs should produce up 55-65% of your calorie intake, so they're kind of crucial to survive, so don't cut them out all together Eat unbroken grain carbs, not cultured carbs. Oatmeal, wheat bread, brown rice... you need to net sure you get adequate carbs in though. I've have friends try to do the no carbs thing and they get hold of really sick.
aviding carbs is not bad view... however carbs are important for your body to own energy - so don't stamp out it completely However watch the carbs and when you devour them... avoid eating at dark... carbs in nearer part of the light of day is actually obedient as it gives your body fuel to ending through the day. Eat small portions (for eg: cooked brown rice 2/3 cup or 1 wheat bread slice)
Focus on veggies. i.e. important to lose cargo and gain good food behaviour. ensure it is not fried or contain too much oil
Avoid red meat (beef, lamb, etc)...
Eat white meat similar to chicken for protein.
workout on regular basis... 2-3 times a week for at lowest possible an hour... 30 min doesn't do any good for your body to take action to.
I just get off the Atkins diet, so I'll share you about my experience.
On a true low-carb diet, you don't own to eat not anything carbs (that's nearly impossible). You just involve your body to go into ketosis: that's where on earth your body burns fat instead of carbohydrates for joie de vivre. In order to do this, you involve to go for a few days near as few carbs as possible. No bread, no cereal, no milk, no fruits, very few vegetables.
I bought some ketosis strips ($15 for 50 strips, at any pharmacy), little exam strips you pee on to see if your body's expelling ketones. About 3 days in, I ketones started showing up surrounded by my urine.
On the Atkins diet, you can eat as much protein and fleshy as you want. You don't gain wait from the solid because you're burning it as fuel -- in reality, you HAVE to eat podginess on the diet or it won't work. So have adjectives the eggs, chicken with skin, steak, cheese*, mayonnaise, salad dressing, cheeseburger patty (I'd go to McDonald's carry 3 double cheeseburgers, and toss the buns), and coffee with hard to digest whipping cream (best coffee of your life) you want. Just make sure you don't munch through more than 20 carbs a day -- harder than it sounds!
After the first two weeks, you're allowed to guzzle slightly more carbs. It's a graduated system -- you give carbs per week until you hit an equilibrium. Read more about the Atkins phases here:

Overall, I lost in the order of 14 pounds in the first month of Atkins, though I have an idea that alot of it was hose weight. The biggest drawback is you digit out very promptly that almost ALL snack foods have carbs, so it's a headache in the butt to devour. You just roughly always own to cook. Also, it sounds funny but eventually you get tired of meat, cheese, and vegetables adjectives day. I feel I could do it longterm, and I think for my gym diet cycles I might use Atkins again within the future for my "cut phase."
*Actually, an ounce of cheese have 1 g of carbohydrate, so you can't have adjectives the cheese you want -- just alot!
