HOW do you loose the portly?


I have closely of fat contained by my thighs im not even that fat.
my butt have a lot of it too
HOW do you loose it?
KEEP IN MIND i cant run.
and also I counterweight 100-110 pounds
BUT I KNOW im not healthy.I munch through too much junkfood


Answers:    To lose weight adjectives you need to do is to create a calorie deficit by drinking healthier and exercising. Eating in shape is not so difficult, cut out sodas, junk food, and anything containing white flour. Implement more fruit and vegetables into your diet, not single will it help to lose freight, but there are numerous other condition benefits. Cut down on the size of your portions, overeating fruit and vegetables can also cause bulk gain.Exercise daily, even is it's purely walking, it will help to burn excess calories. Swimming is also dutiful, or whatever other cardio exercise you're competent of doing. There are also many exercises you can do at home that will support to build muscle which burns calories. I have provided 2 links below for instructions on many exercise, and information on healthy food. It take time to change lose cargo, but be consistent and you will eventually see results.
I think you of late answered your own question...verbs up your eating. You don't even have need of to diet, just guzzle as many fruits, veggies, lean meat, and whole grain as you want. No processed foods. Start a weight training regimen (it's better than any cardio anyway, I can't run any, bad knees). I'm still trying to integer that out...
