No miracle cure out there as we adjectives know...so you have to hold a good look at what you are ingestion...keep a food diary of what you ate and afterwards do a healthy one and stick to it. write everything down, that pass your lips..be honest near yourself. no one else will know what you wrote but you and if you are determined to loose the substance, then you will know whats a wholesome option or not. Stick beside the 3 meals a afternoon. making sure you drink plenty of water. You do exercise anyway so that's virtuous.
