My calf muscles are freakishly huge why?


idk why they are so huge...there freakish...my girlfriend say it scares her...im short and skinny and my calfs are big and rock firm.there adjectives muslce no fat and i never do anything...I squated 300 pounds and im a freshman...never squated in the past...what is it?


Answers:    Genetics play a big role in muscle nouns. Calf size potential, in unique, seems to own a direct relationship with muscle insertion points.

Muscle insertion points are the location where on earth the muscle attaches to the bone via ligaments. People with giant insertion points (meaning the lower portion of the calf attaches to the femoral bone high up on the flipside side of the leg) will typically have smaller amount muscle mass than those whose calf muscles attach lower or closer to the ankle (actually near the Achilles heel.) However, nation with giant insertion points will typically have more muscle definition than those near lower insertion points.

It's the way you're built Well dude don't denote to bring race into this but it is true that African Americans own much larger and longer calf muscles than any other race. If you are African American there's your answer. If not you purely are toned theres not much you can do about that. Good luck
If you are squatting 300 later your thighs should match your calves. It is possible that your calves arent really that big, they may freshly be really toned. That being said, calves come into play next to just going on for every type of exercise and will grow easily. inheritance may be playing a factor here as well.
