Nap or Chocolate?

You should distinctly go for the doze seeing that your body is telling you that it requirements one. Don't eat the chocolate because adjectives you're doing is putting extra calories and fat into your body that it doesn't inevitability, and you'll probably end up falling asleep anyway. Nap,. not big on chocolate.
I would help yourself to the nap because sleep is awesome!! : )

Why do you enjoy to choose between the two? Obviously, if you are tired...then doze first. Then eat the chocolate. Nap presently, chocolate later : )
If your tired, consequently take a damn sleep. A nap, anyday. But you could other get some 100% cocoa powder, a packet of artificial sweetener, and some complete milk, and you have an effectively sugar free hot cocoa (warm up surrounded by microwave), which gives you that nice chocolate fear with none of the destructive sugar. Use water instead of milk to step really low cal.
even better a nap later chocolate when u wake up but serioulsy sleep if u requirement it it's better and healthier 4 u rest because it is the best thing ever
