This is going to nouns probably shallow but I wanna maintain my boobs.?


So I guess most women, when they exercise, like the first article they lose is their boobs. Mine are a normal B/C.and I dont' want to freakin move about down to an A (no offense to you out there, I a short time ago would rather keep hold of em how they are) so.are there unquestionable exercises to avoid? I know with cardio it's more of an overall weightloss, not a pick and choose your areas of weightloss but i'm a short time ago curious if anyone's got any counsel.

I would also like to point out that it merely isn't fair because women lose their boobs when they exercise and men don't own to lose an inch off their penis for exercising. And it's means of access more common for us to own cellulite and stretch marks than it is for guys. OH and we bleed from our vagina. Life is awesome man a woman. Goddamn.


Answers:    You don't immediately lose from your chest. The singular way you lose from your chest is if you hold no other places to lose from - just resembling if one has a heavy butt, they work their thighs and legs and lose weight near, but they can still have a beer belly. Then for that they can do crunches, situps, etc, and any exercise will sustain burn.

If you have utterly no other lubricant to burn than it will feed past its sell-by date of your chest (the fat around them, mind you) - but to compensate you could other work your pecks, as the muscle will push out your breasts and make them fuller.

I would frankly work out and be thrilled rather than be unwell and weaker. Health should take priority over looks or what relatives think of you.

Well I don't know if this help much, but I personally would prefer a women who is fit and have very small breasts than an overweight-sloppy chick beside big breasts. em, some kind of restrained exercise prob not cardio or anyting that requires a lot of leap about. Thats my xpert inference.

Secondly don't verbs about your boobs. It's a adjectives misconception that women lose their boobs when they excercise, they don't. All that happens is that they get hold of tighter (like the rest of your body) so instead of being a, for example, 36B u'll be a 34B.the boobs won't bring smaller, you'll just lose the excess weight around them..if that makes sense. It's lone when you become bulimic and anorexic that they start getting smaller because your body is purging fat from everywhere.

So don't verbs about the exercise as long as it's natural.
